About MePostcard from Eva Anderson to James McBey postmarked 16 August 1910, with an area of Leven, Fife on on the front, which partly reads;

"My Dear Mr McBey, I am having a rare holiday here with Mrs Edmond. Mother and father off to Wales. Ernest in Aberdeen. Please send me a P.C. when you....."

A section at the bottom of the postcard is missing, making part of the writing illegible. The postcard is signed "Ever yours, Eva."

This object is part of an archive that belonged to Marguerite McBey. As a result of her generosity, Aberdeen Art Gallery holds the largest archive of James McBey's work, including prints, drawings, sketchbooks, oil paintings and memorabilia such as this postcard.
