About MeThe silver cigarette box is hallmarked with the maker's mark "JC" for James Carr of Aberdeen, the Lion Passant sterling silver mark, the Birmingham town mark and date letter 'L' for 1935/6. The base has a label inset into the leather: "Gold and Silversmith, James Carr, Established 1881, Little Belmont St. Aberdeen".The box is of plain rectangular form with a leather base. Clearly identifiable marks on the side. Traditional cedar wood interior.
