About MeDrummond Masterton trained at Gray’s School of Art in Aberdeen, before specialising in Metalwork and Jewellery at the Royal College of Art.

He used a Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) milling machine to mill a solid piece of brass using a lathe guided by a digital file and then had the brass bowl silver plated.

The base is made from mahogany.
