About MeBill Gibb studied fashion at St Martin's School of Art in London and at the Royal College of Art. He received a nomination as Vogue magazine's Designer of the Year in 1970. This skirt designed by Bill Gibb is made from a Liberty Mercury silk designed by Collier Campbell (sisters Susan Collier and Sarah Campbell).
