About MeIn 1918 Robert Bevan resumed lithography after a break of nearly fifteen years. Fourteen lithographs were made before his death and all but one was based on an existing painting.

'The London Church' depicted St John the Evangelists on Waterloo Road and was amongst the thirteen paintings that Bevan developed as lithographs. The lithograph published of this scene was almost identical to the watercolour, give or take some minor details.
