About MeThis pamphlet is an account of a journey made along the river Thames, starting on saturday May 27th 1732. On the trip were Hogarth;his friend the landscape painter Scott; Tothall-a dealer in wool; Forrest and Thornhill, son of the artist and brother of Hogarth's wife. The pamphlet consists of an introduction by the editor (pp 289-292), an account of the jouney by Forrest (pp 191-304) and an account of the journey, in verse, by the Rev Mr Gostling (pp 303-320).
