About MeAndrew Jameson, Lord Ardwall (1845-1911) was a Scottish barrister and judge. Reid painted Lord Ardwall in 1907, and then twice in 1908 - once in a kit-kat format the other is a head only. All three works belonged to the Ardwall family. It may be that this work was another left in Reid's studio at the time of his death.
