About MeThe sources and influences of Gray's art are the sounds and flickering lights of the fun fair, the pinball machines and the seaside pier. Before 1970, the artist was mainly concerned with painting but he became dissatisfied with the flat picture surface and began constructing out from it. Chance led him to use electronic components in a functional assemblage.
