About MeEdward Onslow Ford studied painting in Antwerp and Munich. There he was advised to change from painting to modelling and became a sculptor. He was a leading exponent of the New Sculpture movement, which prized individuality over breadth. His work often seeks to capture an elusive, spiritual ideal and mythological female heads were a favoured subject.More About Me
