About MeThis copper alloy tap was found in the demolition material from the west range of the Carmelite friary, the Green, Aberdeen during the excavation in 1994. The tap may originally have been in the kitchen which seems to have been in the west range.

The tap is very well preserved. On the right is the spout where the water would have come out, and on the left, corrosion can be seen where the tap was attached to a water pipe. The top of the handle is broken. Another broken handle was also found.

There are no works to discover for this record.
