About MeOrange nylon floor-length gown with full-length flared sleeves, and A-line skirt. Here clever use has been made of this stunning dip-dyed fabric for this dress. The fabric also contains a silver lurex thread through it creating shimmer: perfect for the stage. Anne has added decoration to the dress in the form of large appliquéd flower motifs trimmed with bugle beads, sequins and diamanté beads.
Worn as a stage outfit for performances by Anne Logan (neé Brand) and her sister, Laura, who regularly sang together on 'The White Heather Club'. The dress dates to the late ninteen-sixties or early ninteen-seventies.
