About MeDeborah Fladgate is one of many leading studio glass makers from abroad who works in Scotland. She studied in the West Surrey College of Art and Design and the Royal Academy of Art. This circular glass bowl has a matte finish and is cut with small, opaque overlapping discs to resemble air bubbles in the sea.
More About Me
Through the use of small overlapping cut discs this glass bowl looks like it has somehow captured a creature’s breath underwater.  What kind of creatures can you imagine making bubbles like this?
