About MeRebecca de Quin's unconventional metalwork is based on the use of pierced pre-fabricated sheet silver, folded and soldered into shape. She explores new and imaginative forms of domestic tableware, with pronounced sculptural qualities. Surface decoration is also important to her - in this piece the surface has been patinated to create a weathered appearance.
