About MeSited just outside the Denburn carpark, this drinking fountain was built by private donation from local businessmen. It has a square base with pointed top and reliefs of four symbols; rose, thistle, fleur de lys and a sun. There is a niche in the centre of the base with a small drinking spout. There are two iron chains, one each side, on the left hand side a cup is attached. There is an iron cover over the top. Mainly of unevenly sized blocks of pink sandstone, it has one grey granite block at its apex.
