About MeLetter to James McBey from friend and art collector H. H. Kynett, dated 31 December 1954. Kynett tells McBey that he is about to spend the weekend with Starr, and Betty and family in Long Island, and sends well wishes to McBey after his recent bout of food poisoning. Kynett then talks about Phil Mallory and McBey's sketch of the Cutty Sark which was well received, and explains that he is well established in the Barclay.

The letter consists of two sheets typewritten on headed paper.

This object is part of an archive that belonged to Marguerite McBey. As a result of her generosity, Aberdeen Art Gallery holds the largest archive of James McBey's work, including prints, drawings, sketchbooks, oil paintings and memorabilia such as this letter.
