About MeAt the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic, trains and transport were cancelled nationwide as the public were urged to stay at home. Services ground to a halt as a result of many workers being told to stay at home to limit the spread of coronavirus. This blank departures board captures the lack of connections going from Aberdeen during the Covid-19 lockdown of spring 2020. In the years following, train timetables remained much reduced with many commuters not returning to the railways in the same way as before the pandemic.
