About MeThis base of a late medieval jug found within the fill of Feature 1 at excavation CA399-2018, 112 High Street, Old Aberdeen. It has a pinched base, green lead glaze on the exterior and rilling and pinch marks on the interior of the base. It is local east coast redware typically made in Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire.
