About MeThis 'Winds of Change' film explores Aberdeen’s heritage and maritime past, present, and future. It draws on the industrial history and changing identity of Aberdeen and the surrounding area, as well as local folklore. The film uses animation and stop-frame imagery drawn from items in Aberdeen City Council's museum collection.

This work was commissioned by Aberdeen City Council for Spectra 2024 - Scotland's Festival of Light. The light, sound and film projection installation premiered in Aberdeen Art Gallery between 8-11 February 2024. The film was projected from the first floor balcony onto a large voile screen. This screen was suspended from the top level of the atrium and reached down to the ground floor. Speakers were positioned around the space to play the soundtrack composed by Heinrich & Palmer.
