Obverse: Forward facing crowned head with broad, curling hair framed with text inscription.
Reverse: Centrally placed long cross with three pellets in each corner and text ringing the outer edge.
Manufacture Method: Hammered
Condition: The coin is in good condition. It is a forgery of legitimate English sterling pennies post Class 10 ab1 based on bifoliate crown. The reverse has clear central details and legible text. The obverse has a slightly worn king portrait and legible text, bar one worn letter. The coin employs multiple forms on the same letters and features a bifoliate crown that is more like Gaucher imitation sterling coin crowns than legitimate Edward examples, highlighting its forgery status.
