About MeA two toned tan and black paper fan comprising twenty four sticks. The front and back sticks, which are most evident when the fan is shut, are painted black and inset with small chips of mother of pearl, whilst the others have been left a natural tan colour . The lower part of the sticks have been decorated with a very stylised scene depicting two people and a boat in brown bronze. The black paper mount features drawings of jars or incense burners outlined in gold and the mount is further decorated with a number of Japanese characters.
