Fragment with one cut and one folded curved edge. Parallel and immediately adjacent to folded edge, row of rivet holes, penetrating through one layer only. Hole diameter = 1.5mm, diameter of rivet impression = 4-5mm. Holes are c 6mm apart. Parallel to cut edge and c 11mm from it, a second row of holes. Goatskin
