Fragment of upper, with triangular portion folded inwards. Lasting margin with grain-flesh stitching channel, stitch length 5-5.5mm; holes 1.5 x 3mm. A triangular part has been folded inwards, complete with lasting margin. Folded edge has been used for a closed seam - grain-flesh, stitch length 2.5-3mm. Third edge of triangle cut, no trace of any stitching. Length of triangle = c 90mm; height of triangle = c 25 mm. Length of main lasting margin = c 180mm. Thickness = c 1.5mm. Goatskin.
