About MeSmall leather shoe sole with the forepart and waist still intact, with the heel part missing. There is a diagonal tear across the waist with a small section still attached partially, close to the edge. A stitching channel surrounds the edge with short thin stitch holes approx. 3mm apart. The inside of the sole shoes two layers with the inside top layer worn, most prominently remaining intact around the toe. Most visible from the outer sole is a small tear from the left edge and a tear just off centre approx. 20mm apart.mid 13th-mid 14th Century
