About MeCarte de visite of a man standing while leaning on a fake pillar with a hanging curtain in the background. His hair is styled in a middle parting with curls at the sides and he also has a full beard and sideburns. His jacket is double breasted with a handkerchief in the left breast pocket and his boots are highly polished. He is also wearing a white shirt with a small necktie and is holding a cane and a pair of gloves (?) in his right hand.
