About MeCarte de visite of a man standing, to the left is a hanging curtain and on the right is a dog seated on a plush chair. He is wearing s coat with a full suit, white shirt and patterned necktie. His left hand is in his pocket and in his right he is holding a beret with a badge on it, perhaps indicating that he once served in the military (?) Photographer's full print details can be seen on reverse side. c.1860s
