About MeCarte de visite of a man standing next to a table with an upturned top hat on it and a hanging curtain. he is wearing a large coat, white shirt and necktie, matching trousers and boots. His hair is styled neatly and he has a beard and moustache. He is also wearing leather gloves and is holding an umbrella in his right hand. The word 'Aberdeen' had been hand-written in ink above the man's head. Photographer's full print details can be seen on reverse side. c.1860s
