He has sideburns and is wearing a coat with a matching suit, white shirt and dark necktie, possibly velvet material. A pocketwatch chain can be seen inside his waistcoat. He is holding a cane in his right hand and a pair of gloves in his left and his legs are crossed. Photographer's full print details can be seen on reverse side. c.1860s
