About MeThe nature of silver has been exploited in this organic form. Usually a soft and pliable metal, the artist has abandoned traditional silversmithing techniques to create a spikey structure which is a forged and frosted fine silver organism. It retains a very tactile quality, and the three-dimensional object, which is reminiscent of a sea urchin, appears to be moving.
