Angela Towler
Aberdeen, Scotland, born 1974
Born in Aberdeen, she attended Peterculter Primary School and Cults Academy, and went on to graduate from the London Contemporary Dance School in 1995. She danced with the Rambert Dance Company before becoming Rambert’s rehearsal director and
choreographer.
Her many accolades include a Theatrical Management Association award for Achievement in Dance and appearing 25th in The List’s ‘Top 100 Most Influential Scots’. She has choreographed for television, and in 2011 was nominated for the Critics’ Circle National Dance Award for Outstanding Female Performance.
