About MeA firman bearing the tughra of Sultan Abdülhamid II (r. 1876-1909). There are 4 lines to the page, written in diwani script in black ink, surmounted by a large tughra in black watercolour (?), covered with glitter. This Imperial Decree was received from Sultan Abdülhamid II and promoted Frost to the rank of Colonel ('Bey' in Turkish).
