About MeA large firman bearing the tughra of Sultan Abdülhamid II (r. 1876-1909). There are 5 lines to the page, written in diwani script in black ink, surmounted by a large tughra in black watercolour (?). This Imperial Decree was received from Sultan Abdülhamid II for the promotion of Brigadier General Frost Pasha to Lieutenant General. A translation in French of this Imperial Decree is associated with it.
