About MeAn illuminated firman bearing the tughra of Sultan Abdülhamid II (r. 1876-1909). There are 7 lines to the page, written in diwani script in golden ink, surmounted by a tughra and ended with a signature and date in the same golden ink. The reverse also presents a text written in black ink in Ottoman Turkish. This Imperial Decree accompanied the Silver Imtiaz Medal in 1896.
