About MeAn illuminated firman bearing the tughra of Sultan Abdülhamid II (r. 1876-1909). There are 3 lines to the page, written in diwani script in black ink, surmounted by a large tughra in gold and signed in gold. This Imperial Decree was received with 2nd Class Order of Medjidieh breast and neck badge, in 1887 A.D. from Sultan Abdülhamid II.
