About MeCarte de visite of a woman photographed standing to the left of an ornate chair with a hanging curtain in the background. Her dress has a vertical thin striped pattern, fairly tight sleeves, the skirt is fuller at the back, light coloured buttons go all the way up the bodice. There is a ruffle along the top of the bust and just below the shoulders on the sleeves. She is also wearing a brooch and the dress has a white collar and cuffs. Her hair is long and worn down.
