About MeThree quarters profile and seated portrait carte de visite portrait photograph of woman. She is wearing a dress with ribbon detail on the bodice . The background appears to be wallpaper and there is a fur to her left. She is seated on a plush chair with furs. Her hair is up off her shoulders and she is wearing a dress with a high collar, with white lace trim and cuffs, it also has some ribbons tied at the neckline. A chain extends from inside the buttoned front of the bodice to a pocket on her left (pocket watch?), there is a bracelet on her left wrist and a ring on her left hand which suggests that she is married. There is a number written in pencil on the reverse side: 'PH3913.' The photographer's details appear in full on the reverse side, c. 1880s.Inscribed underneath "Macnab // UDDINGSTON // & // GLASGOW".
