About MeThis is the second in a series of engraved Britannia silver bowls by Malcolm Appleby.The theme is based on the legends of the metamorphosis of swans into women.The vessel is raised from a silver disc which has been engraved on both sides.As a consequence the tension of the engraving helps mould the final shape.
