About MeA bride wore this dress to her wedding at Queen's Cross Church, Aberdeen. The ceremony took place on the 12th March 1940.She wore a full-length cream damask-style rayon wedding dress with belt. The dress has a V-neck and epaulette shaped yoke at the front. The bodice is defined at the waist by an inverted V at the front and back. The long skirt is cut on the bias with pieces inserted to give fullness and fluidity. The wedding dress is accompanied by a headdress.
