About MeLetter from James McBey to friend and art collector H. H. Kynett, dated 9 December 1942. McBey thanks Kynett for his help with the Christmas cards, explaining that Marguerite has begun posting some out. He also tells Kynett that he has almost finished the "Morgan" sketch, and discusses some of its composition.

The letter ends by McBey saying he will see Kynett on the 17th, asking him if he will get McBey a pass for the New York yachting club.

The letter consists of one page typewritten.

This object is part of an archive that belonged to Marguerite McBey. As a result of her generosity, Aberdeen Art Gallery holds the largest archive of James McBey's work, including prints, drawings, sketchbooks, oil paintings and memorabilia such as this letter.
