About MeLetter from James McBey to friend and art collector H. H. Kynett, dated 10 November 1955. McBey tells Kynett that Marguerite's mother, Mrs. Loeb, had just set sail from Gibralter on the Andrea Doria, and was carrying around thirty-two works on paper to pass on to Kynett. McBey asks Kynett to confirm whether these were the ones he wanted, and to pass on some general remarks about them.

The letter consists of one sheet typewritten.

This object is part of an archive that belonged to Marguerite McBey. As a result of her generosity, Aberdeen Art Gallery holds the largest archive of James McBey's work, including prints, drawings, sketchbooks, oil paintings and memorabilia such as this letter.
