About MeThis stoneware jug has a bulbous body tapering to the neck. It is decorated with rich black tenmoku glaze thinning to reveal the iron glaze beneath. There is a pressed mark halfway down the body under the spout . There is also a vertical line of incised marks down the exterior of the handle.
