About MeA circular token bearing an inscription on one side only: IL / UDNY / 1825. The letters on the first line are the initials of the minister, John Leslie, who was appointed in 1813.An enlarged church, situated in the village of Udny Green about fourteen miles north of Aberdeen, was opened in 1605 to replace the original small chapel. Its present-day successor, a solid-looking but attractive building with its main entrance at the foot of a large clock tower, is in the centre of the village.
