About MeThis outfit was worn by Mrs Jean M McIndoe to her wedding at St Peter's Church in Buckie, on the 1st of June 1967. Although the tailored suit as a wedding outfit saw a return during the austerity of the First and Second World Wars, this outfit very much reflects the fashions of the 1960s with the mini-skirt and the knee-length coat.
The headdress, a fashionable hat with a net veil that sat on top of the head, was made by renowned hat-designer Edward Mann.
