About MeBill Gibb studied fashion at St Martin's School of Art in London and at the Royal College of Art. He received a nomination as Vogue magazine's Designer of the Year in 1970. This cream silk blouse designed by him has a wide collar, long cuffs that fold back, two pockets and a pleated upper back.
