Almost complete left sole, missing inner edge forepart which is very broad and straight sided with an oval toe; only slight tapering at waist. edge-flesh stitching channel stitch length 7mm. Tunnel stitch holes indicate that both forepart and seat have been repaired with clump soles. Seat has been repaired at least twice, first with a small clump, then with a larger one. Larger clump has possibly been restitched at top left hand corner. Forepart was to wide for foot; hence outer edge curled over.
