About MeThis unfinished linen cross stitch and eyelet stitch sampler was made by Barbra Marr in the 19th century.
The upper section comprises alphabets, numerals and family initials interspersed with bands of various stitch patterns.
The lower section comprises various motifs including a crown, peacocks and Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden.
The sampler has a strawberry border around the edges.
