About MeSalt glazed stoneware bottle jar with a bulbous body tapering to the base, a cylindrical neck and a pulled loop handle.

The jug is decorated with an incised bearded face on the neck and below this with an incised coat of arms, featuring a crown above a shield within an oval reserve.

The surface of the jug is pitted and the upper half is a darker brown than the lower.

The jug is also covered in a clear glaze.
