About MeCarte de visite of a woman pictured standing in front of a fake decorative wall; she is wearing a bonnet which ties underneath her chin in a bow and her hair is parted down the middle. She is wearing a dress and a matching coat which is buttoned up at the front is made of velvet. Her hands are clasped in front her underneath a fur muff. Photographer's full print details can be seen on reverse side as well as the letter 'F' hand-written in pencil. c.1860s
