About MeCorrespondence from James McBey to Marguerite McBey, dated February 1933. Addressed to "Swyti" (sweetie), McBey writes that he does not know what day it is, but that "yesterday and today" are some of the "most glorious days [he has] ever experienced", but that he has been having some trouble with an acquaintance, "Johnnie". He also writes that he wonders if Marguerite has been missing him, and if she had enjoyed herself the previous evening.

This object is part of an archive that belonged to Marguerite McBey. As a result of her generosity, Aberdeen Art Gallery holds the largest archive of James McBey's work, including prints, drawings, sketchbooks, oil paintings and memorabilia such as this letter.
