There are 3 lines to the page, written in diwani script in black ink, surmounted by a large tughra in gold and signed in gold. This Imperial Decree was received with 2nd Class Order of Osmanieh breast and neck badge, in 1893 A.D. from Sultan Abdülhamid II.
