About MeBoy's black velvet kilt waistcoat edged with black braid, which is also used to outline and decorate the two fake pocket flaps at the waist. It fastens with 6 rectangular white metal regimental style buttons, 3 of which are used as decoration on each flap. The waistcoat back is black satin and it is lined throughout with white cotton.
